Priority Production Services
We have a large selection of products that can be produced in one to five business days. Often times, priority services are available outside of the stated production times. Just contact us or call (800) 447-4993 and we can better guide you to the products that will meet your timelines for delivery. Priority shipping charges would apply in addition to standard shipping rates.
Shipping Methods and Details
Chotchkes will make certain that all the necessary arrangements are made to assure that your custom products arrive when you need them. In the cases of inclement weather, national disasters, customs delays and other extenuating circumstances, we cannot be help responsible.
Once your custom products are picked up by the carrier and leave the factory (F.O.B. – freight on board), the products are owned by the purchaser (you). We will recommend the best shipping options based on your delivery “In Hands” date.
We can make special arrangements if you need drop shipments (orders being shipped to different locations), split shipments (orders being shipped at different times) or international shipments.
We will ship your order using our account and invoice the freight charges including insurance at full value, at published rates. We can also ship using your account number, if you prefer. If you choose to use your own account, you are responsible for the insurance, and the shipment belongs to you once it leaves our factory. Some factories add a shipping and handling charge for each carton shipped under your account number. We will advise you of these charges before final processing of your order. If the shipment is lost or damaged, you are responsible for negotiating with the carrier for reimbursement and your company will still be responsible for all expenses related to replacement of the product.
