Ordering
Orders can be placed through our self-service website or through one of our Brand Managers by calling (800) 447-4993
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email Order Confirmation that will have your order details. We will also send an email with a final artwork proof for you to approve or request edits to your custom promotional product or garment order.
You will either need to email us the artwork that you would like to use for your order or have one of Chotchkes’ professional artists create the art for your project. Artwork Service Charges would apply to any order where original artwork is created or when edits are required for provided artwork files.
Despite our best efforts to assure that our product data is up-to-date, actual market conditions and supply chain constraints may change the price of a product. We reserve the right to change published prices of products offered on our site. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If a product is unavailable or discontinued and a secured and valid form of payment is received and approval of the final order invoice is given, we will either find a comparable replacement or provide a full refund for the order.
Artwork
Artwork for your custom order can be attached to your order on our self-service e-commerce website or it can be emailed to us at art@chotchkes.com.
We accept Adobe Illustrator® (file extension .ai or .eps), Adobe Photoshop® (file extension .eps),
We may also accept .jpg, PDFs (.pdf). Bitmaps (.bmp), TIFFs (.tif) and GIFs (.gif). These files may be acceptable for one color imprints but require being properly sized for the imprint area or larger. The minimum resolution is 300 DPI or greater.
PMS matching is available. Additional charges may apply for artwork modifications and exact color matches.
The primary differentiator between vector and raster graphics is that rastergraphics are composed of pixels, while vector graphics are composed of paths. A raster graphic, such as a gif or jpeg, is an array of pixels of various colors, which together form an image.
When working in Adobe Illustrator, we prefer fonts be converted to outlines. This will ensure that your logo, design or artwork will print exactly as it was submitted to us. To convert fonts (text) in Adobe Illustrator (AI), select the text, click on “Type” in the top menu bar. Then, select “Create Outlines” and save.
Payment
All orders are paid for at the time of placing the order on the Chotchkes self-service e-commerce website or when placing an order with a Chotchkes Brand Manager. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and ACH payments as well. In addition, we accept purchase orders from all Federal and State government agencies. We do not accept company or personal checks.
We will authorize payment on your credit card when an order is placed, but the transaction is not completed until you have approved the artwork proof through our automated artwork approval system.
We offer payment solutions through Klarna, which provides online financial services for our customers.

Priority Service only applies to production time once all order details are complete. Priority Service does not apply to the time required for artwork preparation or transit times. For additional questions regarding the timing of your order, please call us at (800) 447-4993.
